We absolutely love it here, as it is close to all of the restaurants. The amenities are also a great touch. We plan on staying her for a long time thanks to you guys.

The staff at TenM is very friendly and quick to respond to resident requests. Ive lived here for 2 years, and so far very pleased with managment. The apartments themselves are very modern and overall a nice place to live. Amenities are pretty cool too. I

I have been living here for about 3 months and love it. This place is all about the amenities. It has a huge awesome theater room with bar, pool tables, air hockey and virtual room. The gym is better than usual apartments with barbell rack. The lobby is huge with lots of TV's and business center. The apartments are new with balcony that face the pool. Management is very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Well-maintained facility in a great location convenient to Columbia Mall and everything in downtown Columbia. Very friendly and attentive staff who have made me feel welcome from the first time I came for a viewing to now as a resident of over a year, and the maintenance staff for always promptly addressing any maintenance requests.

Best apartment I have ever lived in. The entire staff is amazing. I've lived her for almost 3 years and never had any issues. Everyone is friendly and professional, the maintenance crew is fast and skilled. The front desk crew is accommodating and makes living here a pleasure.
